Conference Speaking
Roger has spoken to many audiences locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, including presenting the Opening Keynote for the "Children's Health and Mental Wellbeing" conference at the World Inclusion Congress 2025 in Amaty, Kazakhstan.
Training and Workshops
Roger has provided training and workshops to schools, local authorities and government agencies both in the UK and internationally.

Higher Education Lectures
Roger has been invited to deliver guest lectures for the education faculties to undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts for several UK university education faculties, including Greenwich and Liverpool John Moores.

Roger is frequently invited to contribute to podcasts and is always happy to talk about inclusive education, especially SEMH and the Instiitutional Indifference that disenfranchises too many of our children and families.
